Actors’ Playhouse at the Miracle Theatre, together with presenting sponsor The Children’s Trust, have embarked on a Countywide youth talent competition called Young Talent Big Dreams. Young Performers between the ages of 8-17 are competing for prizes ranging from performing arts scholarships, master classes and cash awards to tickets to local attractions and theatres. The contest features a total of five individual categories including; voice, dance, musical instrument, original spoken word and original vocal or musical instrument composition, and group categories of 6 or less members including; dance, vocal/instrumental and instrumental.
Participation was free of charge and limited to residents of Miami-Dade County.
